INEC Chairman Prof Attahiru Jega has just informed Nigerians that the 2015 scheduled election that was scheduled for Feb 14th to Feb 28th for the Presidency , State and Local Government Elections respectively would now hold on March 28th 2015 . Mr Jega who started the press briefing at exactly 11Pm spoke about the challenges facing INEC and its states Rec’s says security issues in the North East Of Nigeria as a major issue facing the conduction of free and fair elections in Nigeria with the insurgents taking over a major region in the zone .
